All transactions on the chage88 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and cryptocurrency, subject to availability at any given time.
The minimum deposit amount is RM 20. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are published in the chage88 cashier section. chage88 targets a withdrawal processing time of thirty (30) minutes for eWallet transactions and four (4) hours for bank transfers during normal operating conditions, though these timeframes are not contractually guaranteed.
You may only withdraw funds using a payment method in your own name. chage88 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended where there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. chage88 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own charges.

In the event of conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.

chage88 reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void individual bets, or cancel events where: (a) manifest odds errors are identified; (b) evidence of match manipulation is present; (c) the underlying event is cancelled or abandoned without a scheduled resumption; or (d) applicable regulatory requirements so require. In-play bets accepted after the applicable event has reached a conclusive state may be voided at chage88's discretion.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the chage88 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
chage88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; (b) your account is under investigation for suspected fraudulent activity; (c) regulatory requirements mandate account restriction; or (d) you request self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming Policy.
Upon termination for cause, chage88 may void all pending bets and forfeit any bonus balances. Real-money balances that are not subject to pending dispute or investigation will be returned to you via your last verified payment method, subject to applicable KYC completion.
You may close your chage88 account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Requests are processed within 72 hours. Any outstanding bets at the time of closure will be settled according to normal rules and the resulting balance disbursed to your verified payment method.

chage88's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the date of the relevant claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by chage88's negligence.
